2020-2021 Research Fellow
Lisa joined the OMG to work on SiC-SiC composites together with Rolls-Royce plc for applications within the aerospace industry. She brought expertise in using electron microscopy and spectroscopy to analyse the effects of environmental degradation.
Lisa has previously worked with cemented carbides, looking at wear and plastic deformation during steel turning as well as deformation-induced phase transformations in the cemented carbide binder phase. She obtained her PhD from Uppsala University in December 2019
Lisa moved on to a research post at Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH) taking her back to Sweden
